9:00 am Breakfast and Introduction
Sponsors and participant introductions, and a quick walkthrough of today's activities.
9:30 am Basic Script Writing
Participants will learn about about the basic elements of story and will learn how to write a short script for their movies based on techniques introduced in this section.
10:30 am Basic Camera Techniques & Storyboarding
Participants will learn basic camera and storyboarding techniques that will be applied to their final movie project for screening at the end of the day.
12 noon Lunch & Content Gathering
There is a 1 hour break for lunch and gathering content by means of camera shots, music, and narrative in preparation for the afternoon's activities.
12:00 Lunch Preparing to Shoot
Walkthrough through of an example final movie, to discuss how that movie was shot and edited, to prepare yourself for shooting, editing and sharing your film.
1:00 pm Basic Editing Techniques & Editing
A practice movie shooting session with equipment and lighting.
2:00 pm Movie Screening
A brief screening of all of the movies will occur in celebration of the final products created from what was learned throughout the day.
3:30 pm Refreshments & Wrap-up
To unwind after today's activities.

Participant introductions, and a quick walkthrough of TCF's client expectations, technical constraints, consumer understanding, and what we will expect to have at the end of today.
10:00 am Personas
Identify characteristics of our target consumer segment. What are their motivations, and how will they discover, use and share the moboto app.
10:30 am Consumer Journey
Place the persona within the context of first time use, and continous use. Map these journeys as storyboards, and get feedback from potential users on its understandability and user benefits.
11:15 am Concepting
Consider Create an interactive rough paper prototype using sticky notes and other low fidelity materials.
12:00 pm Lunch
Teams present what they have done so far while eating lunch.
1:00 pm Prepare for User Testing
The primary purpose of prototype exploration is to understand the kinds of responses elicited from target users when interacting with your prototype. Prepare your prototype for user testing.
2:00 pm User Testing
User test your prototype, and make prototype changes on the fly based on user feedback.
3:00 pm Minimal Viable Product (MVP)
Discussion about MVP. Document your design intention into Lean Canvas, and MVP. Prepare for presentation.
4:00 pm Final MVP Presentations
Teams present MVPs.
5:30 pm Dinner
Judging & Awards. Wrap up.
